Travis Tolley PharmD

Managing Partner

 Travis Tolley is the Managing Partner of Bridge Access Solutions (BAS), where he applies his expertise in health care strategy and innovation to navigate complex market access challenges. Before joining BAS, Travis spent 15 years with PEHP of Utah, where he led initiatives that combined comprehensive data analysis and stakeholder collaboration to create tailored, impactful solutions for the health care industry.  Among his accomplishments, he created and led initiatives that delivered over $1 billion in validated savings while expanding access to care. His innovative leadership includes:

  • Developing in-house pharmacy programs to manage formularies, policies, and preauthorization processes.
  • Launching cost-saving strategies like pharmacy tourism and discount insulin programs that reduced expenses and improved access for members.
  • Enhancing health care access through programs focused on mental health benefits for first responders and solutions addressing opioid misuse.
  • Modernizing claims and contracting infrastructure.

Travis’s ability to design and implement innovative strategies underscores his skill in solving complex health care challenges while driving measurable improvements to access and outcomes.When not at work, Travis can be found fishing, golfing, and exploring the outdoors.  

C. Michael Gibson, M.S., M.D.

C. Michael Gibson, MS, MD is a pioneering interventional cardiologist, researcher, and educator whose groundbreaking work shaped the understanding of the "open artery and microvasculature" hypothesis in heart attack care. He is the CEO of the combined Baim and PERFUSE Research Institutes at Harvard Medical School, which have led over 1,000 studies, 5,500 peer-reviewed publications (including 144 in The New England Journal of Medicine), and 100 FDA submissions across a global network of 7,000 sites.

Dr. Gibson is an innovator, credited with inventing widely used measures of coronary blood flow, including the TIMI frame count and myocardial perfusion grade, collectively cited over 3,000 times. His work has been cited more than 148,000 times, earning him a Thomson Reuters distinction as one of the most highly cited authors in science since 2014.

A clinical trial leader, he has spearheaded phase 1-4 studies and cardiology megatrials involving over 30,000 patients, resulting in global approval of critical drugs and devices. Dr. Gibson is currently leading groundbreaking virtual trials, including HEARTLINE, one of the largest randomized trials in history, enrolling up to 180,000 patients using app-based platforms.

A practicing interventional cardiologist, Dr. Gibson has held prestigious roles including Coronary Care Unit Director, Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Director, and Chief of Cardiology. He is a former standing member of the FDA’s Cardiorenal Panel and an influential voice in healthcare, recognized by Medika Life as one of the Fifty Most Influential Voices in Healthcare.

Dr. Gibson founded WikiDoc.org and WikiPatient.org, open-source medical textbooks with millions of edits from over 2,200 contributors. As Chief Medical Correspondent for the American College of Cardiology, he has conducted over 2,600 interviews and reaches 435,000 followers on social media, making him one of the field’s most prominent influencers.

Dr. Gibson earned his BS, MS, and MD degrees at the University of Chicago and completed his training at Brigham and Women’s and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center at Harvard.
